Ok so today is Saint Patrick's day. You have until March 24th to answer this question: What is a Saint Patrick's day book you have? (If you have none then search up one.) Wear green today... happy Saint Patrick's!

  FABLEHAVEN BY JACKSON Characters: - Seth -Kendra -Grandpa -Grandma -Muriel -Bauhumat SETH Seth is the troublemaker, risk- taker, and rule- breaker. He becomes a shadow charmer. KENDRA Kendra is basically the opposite of her brother Seth. She is a scaredy- cat and generally never breaks rules. She becomes fairykind. GRANDPA AND GRANDMA Grandpa and grandma own a preserve called Fablehaven. It is a refuge for magical creatures. Grandma doesn't really exist until the second half of Fablehaven.  MURIEL   Muriel is a witch. She wants to take over the preserve by freeing Bauhumat. She has a creepy puppet named Mendigo. BAUHUMAT A demon imprizoned ... and an enemy to all creatures of light. What could go wrong? IN THIS BOOK when Seth messes up on a Midsummer Eve, trouble arises. Can he and Kendra save the preserve?   Author of the Week: Edition 6  by Jacob           This week's author is...Mary Norton! Books she wrote... Mary Norton wrote the book series called "The Borrowers", and  she also wrote "Bedknobs and Broomsticks". Born and when she died... She was born on December 10, 1903 in London. She died on August 29, 1992. Her family... She married twice and had four children- two boys and two girls. Her first husband was Robert Norton and her second one was Lionel Bonsey. Her kids names were Robert Norton and I don't know the other names.  

 We recently had a person "Mrs. H" comment something: "W hich is the favorite series and why" on the post "Author of the Week edition 5." I think that my favorite series is Fablehaven because I have only read Fablehaven and Dragonwatch and I think Fablehaven is better. My favorite book in Fablehaven is probably the 5th book, Keys to the Demon Prison.  By the way, if you want to read Dragonwatch, then I would suggest reading Fablehaven first because Dragonwatch is the sequel series and it won't make sense unless you read Fablehaven first. / Also please note that there were only two submissions in the haiku contest so we are extending it to March 18th. But this time they can be about your favorite video game.

 This week's author is Brandon Mull. (By Jackson) Books:  - Fablehaven and Dragonwatch, both series - The Candy shop war  - Spirit Animals  -  Beyonders  - Five Kingdoms  Most of these are series' but the first book in each series except for Five Kingdoms and Beyonders is called what the series is called. The first book in Fablehaven is called Fablehaven, the first book in Dragonwatch is called Dragonwatch, etc. Family: He lives with his wife and four children in Utah.
